**LAES: A Leader in Lighting Solutions**Founded in Barcelona in 1959 by José María Sierra Ruiz, LÁMPARAS ESPECIALES, known as LAES, has maintained constant growth and a productive and innovative vocation, becoming an indisputable leader in the lighting sector. From its beginnings as a manufacturer of incandescent lamps to its current role as a company dedicated to the commercialization of a wide range of lighting products, LAES has always been characterized by its commitment to providing service and quality to its customers, supported by the ISO 9001 certification obtained in 1998.LAES boasts modern facilities covering over 5000 m², equipped with advanced technology for quality control of its products and an intelligent warehouse that allows for a quick response to customers. These operations are managed by a highly professional and experienced team.Throughout its history, LAES has marketed its products in more than 20 countries, offering an extensive range of lamps and the latest innovations in lighting. The company pays tribute to Vicente Sierra Rueda and Doña Francisca Ruiz Monente, who taught them to love light and laid the foundations for this remarkable journey.Since its founding in a small basement in Barcelona in 1959, LAES has experienced several significant milestones, such as the production of fishing lamps in 1973 and the commercialization of halogen lamps in 1984. In 1989, LÁMPARAS HALÓGENAS S.A. was established, further expanding its production capacity.In 2009, following European Union directives, LAES ceased the production of incandescent lamps, and by 2013, it stopped manufacturing halogen lamps. However, the commitment to quality continued, and in 2014, LAES relocated to new facilities in the Cova Solera Industrial Estate in Rubí.In 2018, LAES celebrated its 60th anniversary and evolved from selling products to offering complete lighting solutions, integrating projects, luminaires, and control systems. The company is now recognized for providing comprehensive lighting solutions, adapting to modern market needs.Following the passing of its founder in 2019, LAES renewed its image in 2021, reaffirming its commitment to innovation and excellence in the lighting sector.
