Is there a cost for me?

We do not charge the requester for the advisory service. Sending a request does not commit you to a purchase.

Do I need a technical brief?

No. Start by describing your needs or a luminaire type. If you already have documentation, you can upload it.

What if I do not know the power, CRI or colour temperature?

Technical details are optional. Leave them blank, enter a range or write “to be defined”. We will clarify them with you.

Which projects can you review?

The service focuses on medium and large projects. Share the scope, location and timeframe so our team can assess how to help.

Is this a chatbot or a free engineering project?

It is not a chatbot: a human team handles your request. This service does not include a complete free engineering project, calculations or certifications.
