**Mayday** is a multipurpose lighting device designed by Konstantin Grcic in 2000 for Flos. The official page describes it with a hook/handle that works as a cable reel, an opaline conical diffuser and injection-moulded parts made from sustainable polypropylene obtained from industrial waste.

The official sheet lists indoor dry-location use, suspension mounting, E27 lamp holder, maximum 60 W power, 220-250 V voltage, IP20 protection and total lighting. It includes a push-button switch on the handle and is offered in black, orange and lilac finishes.
